The whole point behind Gadgets & Video Games is that we wanted to create a web site that merges two of our favorite things (need I actually say it again?) - yes, gadgets and video games.
You see, we have a sneaky suspicion that we’re not the only ones on the planet that like these two categories, so we decided to make a site about both of them. Sure, there are other sites out there… we have a strict non-compete rule - since we aren’t looking to take over the world, we don’t care if other sites have more content, or more breaking news stories.
In the end, we’re here to provide information on the things we love, so if ‘Joe Schmo’ broke the story three days ago, that’s just fine by us, we’ll talk about it now.
On a more serious note however, there is one thing that we don’t play games with - our reviews.
If you see a review at GVG, then you can rest assured that we put a lot of time and effort into it, and we’re always 100% honest in our reviews. We’re never swayed by companies who send us products to review, or by advertisers on the site (most advertisers we have no control over anyhow).
Let’s put it this way, if a product is great - we’ll tell you. If a product sucks, then we’re gonna say it sucks!
