Death Track: Resurrection , released last year, is about a violent racing competition set far in the future, in which cars have weapons and stuff. As a rookie driver, the player must make their way up the tournament ranks by driving well and not exploding.

After a successful partnership on XBLA/PSN release Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (breath), Udon Entertainment and Capcom are once again working together, though this time the Street Fighter comic book artists are adding endings to upcoming Wii fighter Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars . Despite Udon’s pedigree, the announcement post remains overwhelmingly humble, saying, “Everyone at Udon is very proud to have contributed to such an epic piece of video game and anime history.” We haven’t gotten our hands on any screens of the endings just yet, but we’ll be sure to give you a gander as soon as we do. You gotta give it up to Criterion Games. Throughout the lifespan of Burnout Paradise , the developers at Criterion worked their buns off to give us all kinds of juicy DLC, from a new island to explore, a new game mode , right down to motorcycles and many , many car packs. Now, the company has prepared a lengthy diatribe documenting some of the updates that never got off the ground. For one, did you know that Criterion initially planned to have motorcycles vs cars? Filed under: Features Mark Methenitis contributes Law of the Game on Joystiq (“LGJ”), a column on legal issues as they relate to video games : [ Image Source ] I would imagine anyone reading this column has seen the coverage of the UK government’s plan to create a “Pirate Finder General” and other new anti-piracy activities . The Pirate Finder General would have exceptionally broad powers to find and punish pirates with little supervision in an almost Judge Dredd-esque “I am the law!” kind of way.
