Though we know the gargantuan, scarlet-coiffured late night host … err, former late night host will soon find new (and hopefully more stable) employment, we’re going to miss him profoundly. Not only did he provide us with regular belly-laughs, he also began frequently poking fun at video games during sketches on The Tonight Show. In that sense, we’ve not only lost a great entertainer — we’ve lost a brother in arms .

Man, if you thought the premise for Nippon Ichi’s upcoming game, a dungeon-crawler titled Zettai Hero Kaizou Keikaku (or Absolute Hero Modding Project ), was bizarre, wait until you see the trailer we’ve posted after the jump. Featured in that four-minute video is footage of the following: The player’s frequent death at the hands of various enemies The game’s beefy character customization system At least three different types of turn-based combat A cameo by Disgaea ’s Prinny Sadly, there’s no reference to a North American port of the game. Latest Red Dead Redemption screens sneak up and take us out

Alright, alright, not really — they’re just screenshots, folks! But these four new screens do most assuredly feature Red Dead Redemption ’s main hero (and his buddy Marshall Johnson) sneaking up on a variety of old West bad guys to, presumably, take them out — the folks at Rockstar claim that these shots are about “taking cover,” but we can see with our own eyes that they’re clearly about clandestinely poppin’ fools. We’ve still got a few more months before the game’s scheduled release date of April 27 , and as such, we’d be willing to bet this isn’t the last we’ve seen of Mr.

A lot of people seem to be infatuated with either Bayonetta the game or, sadly, Bayonetta the fictional character. Our minds, however, can’t seem to rid themselves of that song that they play in all of the game’s trailers, much to the chagrin of our neighbors, online competitors, fellow coffee shop patrons and … well, anyone who falls under the dominion of our voices. Consider yourselves lucky that there’s an entire internet between us.
